SVOKPUKW: Svord Kiwi Puukko, Wood

Svord

The Svord Kiwi Puukko knife features a 4" 15N20 high carbon steel full tang blade and the same brown hardwood handles found on the Peasant knife. The simple black leather drop sheath includes a PVC loop in addition to the belt loop which could house a fire steel and make this knife an excellent survival tool.

Blade is individually hardened and tempered using a unique heat treatment process. Blade is hand ground with a water cooled stone to produce a convex razor edge. Designed and produced by Bryan Baker.

Pros: Weight, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Blade Material, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard
Very nice and functional knife. Bad sheath
This is a really nice knife with an awesome handle. It may resemble a puukko but it is a convex grind not a scandi grind. The knife is very well made with much higher quality than the peasant knife. It actually fits in a Finnish knife sheath which is good because the sheath ithat comes with it s the worst thing I've ever seen. Super heavy and looks like it's made from an old tire.
