The Smith and Wesson Black Ops small M.A.G.I.C have a 2.6" spring assisted black coated drop point recurve blade and lightweight aluminum handle. The thumbstud sits high on the closed blade and is easily persuaded to snap open. The safety integrated in the side of the handle is a must because of the powerful spring assist. The thumbstuds are ambidextrous but there is only one set of holes drilled for the pocket clip so it cannot be reversed. Great value for a fast opening assisted knife from Smith & Wesson.

One finger opener easily opens blade instantly. Molded handle is easy to hold securely. Excellent pocket clip slides on with minimal effort. Large hole which I use for my keys, clip holds keys and knife from resting on the bottom of pocket. Super sharp blade. When you pick this knife up your midddle finger rests on the curve in the clip, your thumb falls naturally on the safety and your index finger goes straight to the opener. My state has a 3 inch blade limit for carrying and this measures at 2 5/8". Perfect knife for pocket carry.
