The Military & Police MP11B folding knife by Smith & Wesson features a 7Cr17MoV high carbon stainless steel tanto blade with ambidextrous thumb studs and a black finish. The blade is sharp enough to keep shape with rigorous use but still be sharpened by affordable stones. I have used this knife before and damaged it beyond repair. I looked for a replacement but was pleasantly surprised that KnifeCenter carried the same model in stock. The service from KnifeCenter was so great I recommended it to a few friends who have already placed orders for similar knives. The only pitfall with this knife is that the glass-breaker can break free relatively easily if used more than a few times.
