Viper Knives
The Katla, designed by Jesper Voxnaes, is a liner lock folding knife with a relatively compact size yet tactical tanto profile that we find very appealing. The blade is made of "Super Dense Twist" Damascus steel made in their Maniago workshop, provides excellent cutting qualities, and opens smoothly with ball bearings and the thumb stud or nicely designed flipper. The action is crisp and authoritative and Jesper put a small finger choil on the blade for fine detail work. The smooth, flat scales made from Dark Matter FatCarbon allow for easy access in and out of the pocket. The Katla is available in a number of different versions, all of which include a pivot ring and Damascus backspacer in addition to a titanium clip allows for comfortable and discreet carry.
