The Beacon is an in-house design that is as versatile as any knife out there. The drop point blade comes in a hair under three-and-a-half inches and is paired with a very ergonomic handle that reminds us of a Spyderco Sage. It's a tad bit slimmer and longer, which we definitely like, and the flipping action with the ceramic bearing pivot is just too enjoyable. We think the Beacon will be a shining light in a muddy sea of utility flippers and it has the feature set to stand out from the crowd.
