Description

ZT0562CF: 0562CF Hinderer Flipper

Zero Tolerance Knives

The 0562CF, from ZT and Rick Hinderer is the dressed-up version of the popular 0562. With a carbon fiber front scale and Rick’s "slicer" grind, this top performer is ready to take on your next task. The blade has a sweet slicing edge, but also supports the blade tip to make it excellent for piercing, too. The 0562CF’s handle has a carbon fiber front scale and stonewashed titanium back. For secure lock up during use, ZT uses a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar inserts and lockbar stabilization.

Please note that older models were made with CPM-20CV blade steel. Current production models are built with CPM-MagnaCut.

All good guys are the best
The knife is one of my favorite most trusted pocket carry's. I am a fan of Rick Hinderer and i have owned one of these very knives before. I had to replace my knife as I completely forgot that i had in one of my briefcases and TSA took it away from me. I bought this last knife as a guest but if you look at my account i have purchased a good many from you over the years. Keep up the good work

Stylish and rugged EDC
The ZT 0562CF hits that sweet spot between refined and rugged-as-he**. Still over-built, and locks up extremely solidly, but stylish and refined looking with the slicer grind and carbon fiber scale. It is ergonomic and secure feeling in the hand with the bevels and finger cutouts on the handle. Weight is better in the pocket than some of the other beefy ZT flippers like 0308 and 0203, but this is still a very capable EDC. A lot of knife for the money. An instant classic!

It's no XM18
It's an excellent knife, but it's not a Hinderer. In some ways, it's better. I love the blade's grind; the action is smooth, with solid lockup and no lock stick. The size is perfect, and the titanium lock side with carbon fiber on the scale side slides right in or out of a jeans pocket. It feels lighter than a Hinderer. The ZT has some slight blade rattle, and it just feels not cheap but somewhat light. Hinderer is the better knife, but the ZT is a better carry, and if the price is an issue, the ZT is money well spent.
