Carving Knife Sets

A traditional carving set will come with a knife that has a long, drop point-style blade and a two-pronged fork. A carving knife blade is usually around 7”-15” in length, which is a great size for thinly slicing large meat roasts, and the narrow blade is designed specifically to minimize any friction or resistance. The double-pronged fork helps the carver to easily maneuver the meat around the knife, and it makes a great tool for getting large slices from pan to plate.
