This is a classic French style carving set made by one of the oldest knife making houses in France. These feature high-polish stainless steel. They are full-tang construction with the Laguiole Bee. They are great in quality and the fit and finish are beautiful. The super hard olive wood handles are very striking and beautiful. Comes in very attractive wood gift box.

Laguiole, a small Aveyron village, lent its name to a famed curved pocket knife with a bee motif. It was very popular with agricultural workers in the last century for their seasonal migration.
