Claude Dozorme

This is a classic French style carving set made by one of the oldest knife making houses in France. These feature high-polish stainless steel. They are full-tang construction with the Laguiole Bee. They are great in quality and the fit and finish are beautiful. The vallernia handles with brass bolsters and etching down the tang of the blade give this carving set a very elegant look. Comes in very attractive wood gift box.

Beautiful set for carving, very sharp straight out of the box. This is bound to add class and a sense of style to any table when it comes time to carve a ham or any meat for that matter.On a side note, I would like to say a huge thanks to Tom in customer service, A+ all the way.
