The Baskin from ArtisanCutlery was designed by Michal Gavac of Gavko Knives. It has an undeniably tactical blade shape but the slender, ergonomic handle makes it more of an EDC/utility knife in our books. The recurve compound blade features an ambidextrous thumb slot for middle finger flicking and a generous finger choil for choking upon. And then there's the action. Riding on ceramic bearings, it's as smooth as glass and locks up nice and snugly with a replaceable lockbar insert so it is supremely perfect right out of the box.
