The USA Signal is an adventure-ready fixed blade designed in collaboration with Mak Kelsay (ABS Journeyman Bladesmith) of 6 Ear Knife & Tool. Built in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and inspired by the rugged trails of nearby Signal Mountain, this full-size companion is equally at home in everyday carry as it is deep in the woods. The 3.375" drop point blade is crafted from German Nitro-V stainless steel, flat ground for balanced slicing power and toughness. Heat-treated to 61–62HRC, it holds a razor-sharp edge yet remains easy to maintain in the field. A stonewashed finish gives it a durable, low-profile look, while natural canvas Micarta handle scales secured with titanium hardware provide a confident, ergonomic grip.
The USA Signal includes dual Kydex sheaths - complete with a titanium deep-carry pocket clip pre-installed on the right-hand sheath - for flexible carry options, whether in-pocket, on a belt, or in a pack. Lightweight at just over three ounces, it disappears until it’s needed, always ready to deliver reliable performance.
