The titanium handles are shaped to fit your hand with a finger groove and a gentle curve. The backspacer extends far past the handle scales, adding to the profile, and provides a space to attach a lanyard. The straight back of the knife continues uninterrupted into the straight back of the blade. The knife sports an aggressive piercing point that lends itself to self-defense actions well. The blade comes in high-quality M390, a stainless steel that is a favorite among high-end knife makers. The finish on the blade varies from satin and a black stonewash that looks great. The pivot action on the knife is driven by ceramic ball bearings that are so smooth, that you'd think it was an automatic.

The best of the "Bestech".
This particular model of their's, the "Vigil", is one of the few knives that I bought two of. It has everything that I like and need in a every day carry knife. A good pointy point! And enough belly for other cutting needs. What makes this special to me is that it is not of the paper thin design that many makers seem to think is prefered. And,...It is a beautiful knife! I carry it every day.
