I love this knife
I've ordered this knife from the Knife Center a bit more than a year ago.r. I use this knife for boning and carving chicken, and for slicing sushi. While it's not quite as sharp as the knives used by professional sushi chefs, it's also much, much less expensive. This knife gets you to 90% of a top-level Japanese knife as less than half the price. I love this knife.
