This is a classic French style folding knife made by one of the oldest knife making houses in France. The high-polish plain edge blade is a utilitarian drop point design made from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel and locks up unlike any other knife in our building. Once the blade is open, push the protruding tab on the spine of the handle downward and you actually see the lockback bar moved into place. Once locked, push that same tab at the butt end of the handle toward the spine of the knife and you will hear the lock disengage with an audible click. The handles are made from an acrylic inlaid with a light brown feather for a very classy appearance. This is a gentleman's style knife that is meant to be used and comes in a nice gray presentation box.
