Description
CIVC18026C2: C18026C-2 Mini Praxis Folding Knife - Black G10
CIVIVI Knives
The Mini Praxis is the three-inch variant of the popular Praxis design and one of the best deals of the year. Originally a 3.75" bladed folder, it had the reach and strength you require in a tactical folder with an ergonomic grip that few could fault. Add in the fact that it was a darn good-looking folder and you had a recipe for success. It was an extremely versatile knife to boot but the Praxis was huge, now way around it.
Enter the Mini Praxis featuring the same beloved profile but with a 2.98" blade to address EDC and legality concerns. The result is one of the most impressive hard-use sub-three-inch folders that we offer. The wide blade with finger choil, great thumb ramp, excellent ergonomics, tight flipping action, and deep carry clip are all features you don't generally find on a knife at this price. It's extremely impressive and one of the best deals in the industry, hands down. Get one for you and get a couple for your friends - they won't be disappointed. Watch out Spyderco Tenacious and Ontario RAT 1, there's a new dog in town and it's ready to hunt.

Nice knife
This is a nice knife. Good size, D2 steal, G10 handles with steel liners. Liner lock is smooth, I like the size and the drop point. It has a nice choil and jigging on the back of the spine. This is a thought out tool. The blade was a little stiff when deploying the blade. Just a tiny bit of oil took care of that. It doesn't need thumb studs the flipper works great. Great they didn't put thumb studs on. They would be in the way.The blade comes out fine and smooth with the flipper. Like I said a tiny bit of oil helped. All four fingers fit on the handle although if one uses the choil the last three fingers have plenty of room. Not trying to buy Chinese knives but this one had a good price, good metal, sharp, and something to really use. Not necessarily to keep as a part of a collection.. Get one or two. It's not oversized but it's a comfortable size. Oh like the solid clip. No problems with it.

Pocket Practicality!
My fourth mini-praxis purchase; myself, two sons & one of their friends. Simple, straightforward design & operation, universally great ergs., substantive to work, yet pocket-light, thin-bladed fantastic slicer with wide belly, maintains great edge. Personally, I like the patina that my well cared for (& used) mini-praxis D2 blade shows; it is a grunty enlisted man, not a brassy officer! Fantastic value!
