CR2725: 2725 Kangee T-Hawk - Ryan Johnson Design

CRKT

A useful tool of the professional trade; to have one is to know and appreciate its true worth in the field... especially ones this good.

Tomahawks have been a mainstay of utility in the military for a long time. From manual utility tasks to self-defense fighting tools, they have carved out a unique place in many a tactical gear bag.

Designer Ryan Johnson has been honing his tactical tomahawk designs over the last 30 years and has earned a dedicated and loyal fan base, particularly among special forces troops.

His Chogan™ and Kangee™ T-Hawks are shaped of single-piece steel with a curved handle and grip choils along the front for enhanced holding power. Full-length handle scales are checkered for added grip security, and can be removed for cleaning.

The two different models offer distinctive bladed head styles, which both provide exceptional utility and toughness.

Molle equipped, form-fitting Kydex sheaths slip over the head and secure with a buckled strap.

Available in both the Chogan™ and Kangee™ T-Hawk (tactical tomahawk) models.

You will find both of these T-Hawks very well balanced and easily controlled, while still being robust enough to handle most anything dished out.

CRKT does it again!
CRKT comes through strong again, this is a great collaboration between them and RMJ. Super sharp right out of the box, as has every CRKT I have. From my old Mirage, to my minimalist's.This is my most current tomahawk, I own SOGS, Camillus, and Boker hawks. The Kangee has by far the best all around balance of any of them. From the multiple position handle, to the skull crusher at the end of the handle. Much love for this design, the quick deploy sheath has a lil rattle but I'm not looking to be stealthy. If you have soft or smaller hands you'll want your gloves if you're using for longer periods. Get this in your hands today, excellent value, excellent product. Thank you CRKT, and thanks again KnifeCenter.

Great as a breaching/CQB tool
Sharp out of the box, stupid sharp after a few minutes with a stone. Handles well, multiple lashing points for both the tomahawk and sheath. Great purchase!

RMJ Designed ~ Beaut!
I've had this for about 2-yrs now & have cut wood, pried nails w/ end-tip, buttoned wood/branches- we had a Thunderstorm w/ up to 50-mph winds & this came in handy from removing cracked limbs that needed to be completely removed! One issue, though: wear gloves during heavy use or your hands will take a beating..!!!! The beard, top & spike all retained their edge quite well. I fully recommend this 'Hawk! 1-Con: Wish handle was G10, instead of the plastic/glass/fiber it has!
