Few names in knifemaking command as much reverence as Michael Walker. The jeweler-turned-knifemaker is a true master of his craft, known for his artistic and ornate designs that transcend the usual definition of a knife. The Monument is based on one of Michael's custom designs that saw fewer than half a dozen iterations make it into the wild. The name comes from the many monuments in and around his hometown of Taos, New Mexico, but it serves a double meaning as a monument to knifemaking achievement. Made in Italy to the highest standards, no detail has been overlooked, from the Rose Damasteel blade and monochromatic titanium handle to the Damasteel Bluetongue pattern on the pivot.
