Gerber

Gerber has been making survival knives for the US Military since 1968. The StrongArm Fixed Blade carries on its legacy of tough-as-hell fixed blade knives for combat and survival applications. Featuring a fine edge, full tang CPM-MagnaCut blade with a sleek stonewashed finish, the knife was designed around the fundamentals of military survival training. The diamond texture rubberized handle provides a solid grip in all conditions. 

As important as the knife itself is the StrongArm's modular sheath system. The sheath's snap-together components allow the operator to mount the knife vertically on MOLLE, horizontally on a standard 1.75" tactical belt, or in a traditional drop-leg belt mount fashion.

Very Solid Knife
I am so glad Gerber decided to make their Strongarm in MagnaCut.This has always been a good knife, but the MagnaCut upgrade puts it among the greats.The finish and ergonomics are excellent.Highly recommend!

Strongarm Magnacut didn't disappoint!
My Strongarm Magnacut arrived very well packaged & pretty dang sharp. Very satisfied with the knife. The sheath functions properly but I'm gonna have to learn to like it. I might create a different way of attaching it to my belt. Time will tell.

Best magnacut for the price
It's hard to argue about a knife of this quality at this price point. Probably one of the best Gerber has made. It was pretty sharp out of the box. Ten minutes with a strop and it's downright scary. Some say it doesn't have the same hardness as other magnacut blades. Not from my working with it. Probably one of the hardest I've handled. Easily over 60+ Rockwell. Great sheath that is very well made too, with lots of carry options including left hand carry. Gerber was smart in taking an already proven popular design and then taking it over the top, and at a fair price for what you get.
