GB2009182: Ghostrike Fixed Blade

Gerber

The Gerber Ghostrike Fixed Blade is a lightweight, low-profile self-defense knife engineered for strength, stealth, and adaptability. Crafted in Portland, OR, it features a corrosion-resistant 420HC steel blade with a black ceramic coating to reduce glare and wear. The 3.19" fine-edge drop point blade delivers precise cuts, while the rubberized diamond-texture grip ensures control and comfort in any tactical scenario. Its modular sheath system offers discreet horizontal or traditional vertical carry, making it easy to wear concealed or openly, without compromising readiness or breaking the bank. The Ghostrike doesn’t just perform, it disappears until you need it.

Let’s be honest, this isn’t the best or even close in any category but holy heck it’s just plain cool. The only reason I bought this is because I’ve almost spent double on used versions more than once and figured I was saving money here. All that being said, this is a super slicey knife that sorta disappears on the belt. This was the cat’s pajamas when it came out, but knife tech has come a long way in the last couple decades and modern alternates do disappear easier. The knife is much thinner and slicier than I was thinking, in a great way, making it actually EDC usable and pokey. I enjoy nerdy steel facts, but also am of the mindset maintaining and an occasional stropping will keep this 440 blade razor sharp as it is to small to hard use anything. If you’ve read this far, buy it right now before you’re paying 2x for a secondhand one because you’re feeling left out.
