GriffinBladez was possibly the most impressive table we stopped by at the 2021 BLADE Show in Atlanta. This guy is extremely young and currently apprenticing under Edison and Victor Barajas, better known as Sharknivco and VIKnives, respectively. They each have their own unique style yet the knives have a similar ultra-clean look and pristine sense of perfection that has translated nicely into their protege's work. GriffinBladez combines aspects of both makers but goes in their own direction and to say we're impressed, is the understatement of the year.

The Creep is quickly becoming the GriffinBladez signature design combining a tanto blade and handle profile that reminds us of a Sam Johnston custom. The look is undeniably effective at drawing one's eye in and is also extremely ergonomic when in the hand. You can flick it open with the dual thumb studs or front flip it open with the jimped extended tang, both work equally well. It's also got quite a heavy build and is pretty wide in the hand and pocket but it all works for this knife. The Creep is one of the coolest tactical designs we've seen in a while and the fit and finish is as close to perfection as it gets. Keep an eye out for GriffinBladez, this guy is going places.
