KUV2676C1: Vanguard V2676C1 Jacob Lundquist Banish Folding Knife - Black Micarta

Kizer Cutlery

The Banish is a unique button lock design from Jacob Lundquist with Swayback-inspired roots. Its crisp front flipping action and smooth button lock closure make it fun to play with and easy to manipulate quickly and effectively. The large cutout in the blade and handle takes its design cue from another Jacob Lundquist design, the Varatas, allowing you to flick the blade out with any finger you want. A reversible deep carry pocket clip makes for secure carry and a great money clip knife as well. Designed and most effective when used in a reverse grip with the blade edge pointing towards you.

Vanguard Series

The Vanguard Series brings excellent value to high-quality designs. Since the start of Kizer Cutlery, they have focused on the high end of the knife market with their impeccable quality and premium materials. This has earned them a place in the hearts of their fans. To increase the accessibility of Kizer brand products, they took the designs of the Bladesmith and Prime Series, and while keeping the quality at the same high level, re-forged them using materials that bring extra value for the money spent. Kizer uses only materials that have stellar performance, such as VG10 for the blades and G10 or stainless steel for the handles. This way, Kizer products are available at all budget levels but still maintain that incredible quality of construction.

Tools share a common goal and purpose. That purpose is performance and reliability to the end. Kizer brings you the Vanguard Series created with the purpose of distilling the essence of the Bladesmith and Prime Series into tools that excel in being used. This may not be your only knife, but this will be the knife you carry and use every day!

Always In My Pocket
It is small, light, and very sharp. Also, with button lock easy to open and close with one hand. The handle is made of grippy material so it is easy to control.I use it for light cutting jobs like opening boxes and various mail articles. The blade remains sharp doing these tasks and I don't feel the need to sharpen or strop it yet.
