Great kitchen knife for small jobs
I have a number of high quality German knives that I use for most of my chopping and slicing. However this is the knife that I use for most daily tasks where those expensive knives would not be appropriate.I open boxes from Amazon, open letters, cut garlic and jalapenos, scrape glue off glass, etc.I use it because it works and I can easily replace it. Never have had to replace it though because it is quite sturdy and sharpens easily.Also love that it looks like a well used and much sharpened knife from a grandparent.Just bought five for gifts.
