Deryk DC Munroe is the main source of engineering and labor for MunroeKnives. A lifelong fascination with weaponry led him to create his first knife in 1984. He followed a somewhat convoluted path to becoming a full-time knifemaker in 1997. Exploring and evolving the various aspects of the craft has driven him ever since. His style is unique and the quality of his folders is simply superb. So, it was an obvious choice for Tony to work with Deryk on this Marfione Custom Sigil.

The MK6 variation of the Sigil takes the compact everyday carry folder and makes it suitable for tactical uses. It's still slim, angular, fast and absolutely gorgeous. The Super Sigil MK6 is the larger version on steroids, featuring carbon fiber inlays tucked into nearly every possible spot on this amazing design. The 3.875" sheepsfoot style M390 stainless steel blade has a mirror polished finish and the DC Munroe signature thumb cutout is fitted with a carbon fiber inlay. The handle is made from beautifully milled titanium with a matte double vapor blasted finish and is as ergonomic as any knife on the market. It is also inlaid with carbon fiber strips and a carbon fiber plate to prevent the frame lock from over-traveling. There is a milled flame anodized titanium backspacer with small lanyard hole, blue anodized hardware, and sculpted titanium pocket clip. This is a gorgeous piece, very unusual and Tony has done a wonderful job in his interpretation of this awesome flipper. It's our favorite Marfione Custom Knife to date, now in a larger version with premium inlays which takes it to an entirely different level.
