Description

MCU42C: MC-42C Katana Folding Knife, Blue/Orange Aluminum

Mcusta Knives

The design of this Katana folding knife is reminiscent of a classic Japanese-style sword. The modified tanto blade has a rounder profile and comes to a piercing point. The blade is made from laminated VG-10 steel with an acid-etched finish that is very similar to how the blade of a katana looks. The handles are anodized aluminum with several different colored grooves that bring to mind the look of a traditional wrapped ray skin handle that you find on a Japanese sword. The knife is deployed with an ambidextrous thumb stud and is secured via a subtle liner lock. The knife comes with a lanyard hole and a reversible deep-carry clip.

attractive and scary sharp
would have given this knife 5 stars if it hadn't been off center with a frozen pivot whichreally wasn't bad enough to effect functionality, otherwise a beautiful and scary sharp knife

It is a great combination of style and function. Very practical and not just a show knife even though it is physically a beautiful knife.
