Great carpentry blade.
Carried one of these for 25 years in my nailbags. Daily use for everything: pencils, mortises & tenon layout, asphalt shingles, cedar shingles, insulation, yadayadayada. If you understand it's use, it's perfect. If you're in the trades you won't be disappointed.

Novelty knife.
Sent back. Edge was rolled over not what I expected from Japanese craftsmanship. This is not a knife that will hold up to any real use. I really can't think of any use for this knife what so ever. There are 100's of other good knifes at KnifeCenter that their quality far surpasses this knife at even less than half the price.

Great old world carpenters knife
Great design for scribing lines such as to lay out for cutting mortises or tenons. The single right end bevel follow the straight edge accurately.
