Great great knife!
This is one of my all time favorite knives. I usually go for the more expensive knifes but this knife is relatively cheap and gives me everything I could ever want for a knife. My only tiny tiny complaint is closing the knife. Sometimes your thumb may slip of the liner lock. This causes little to no issue for me and I have someone small hands. This is one of my favorite knifes. I got it about three years ago and it still works great!

Modern Buck Quality. Pretty Poor, but slightly better than Trash.
Boy, this was not a great knife. The action grinds when I open it. Nothing that I can't take it apart to fix, but I'm unhappy I need to do it. The blade is pretty dull, and I'll need to sharpen it before I use it (and I'm NOT terribly exacting about this - I should care more, but I'll normally use the factory edge for awhile before I re-sharpen it.) The liner lock has failed to engage correctly twice, and I need to be pretty brusque to get it seated correctly when I open it.The fit and finish were poor. The handle was OK, but nothing special. Pretty much standard modern Buck quality, which is generally pretty awful. I have a couple of modern Buck's that went thru G&G's finishing process, and those are treasures, but this is the third dog in a row I have had from Buck - I believe I'm done. I should have known better, but I listened to DCA and Seth V and they got me believing it might be a really nice knife. It wasn't.

Vantage avid
Overall not a bad knife, blade is sharp, lockup is good. Wood is a nice touch and looks good, everything was nice and tight as it should be. Only complaint is the thump flip, like everyone else, and I agree, there needs a touch more meat there or a couple notches to give it just a little grip for the flip. Other than that, it's a decent carry knife.
