This knife was intended to be used for the most difficult tasks that any human being might face. Several months after the release of the original Kunitza, we spoke with a soldier who had been stationed in Iraq. He had been carrying the Kunitza as his EDC and had been using it for everything. He had asked us if we would make him an extra blade in bead-blast that he could keep separate and sharp as a razor.
Of course we jumped at the opportunity to provide this for him, so when we did, we decided to run a few more... here she is, and here's your opportunity to own one of the toughest knives ever made.

Mantis MT-5 Kunitza Folding Knife 3-1/2"
This is a hefty knife. Chunky but rock solid and easy to open. The handle shape and grip lock the knife into your hand giving you a solid hold. You will not be disappointed.
I was very happy with the size, feel and construction of this knife. The G10 grips were very textured (I sanded them down just a little so the it would not snag on my pocket). That being said, I love how it feels. A wonderful knife for the price, and one that I carry every day.
This is an addition to my "tactical" collection of folders with non-metalic grips. I like this knife for it's looks, materials used in constructing it, design and ergonomics. I took the clip off, as I do with most of my knives. Well built and should handle any job a knife can do, with ease. Shaves the hair off of my arm right from the box!
