Opinel Knives
The Opinel N08 is the most popular and versatile size in the ever-growing line of Opinel folding knives. This knife is small enough to be used as a pocket knife and its 3.28" blade is capable for most all of your cutting needs. Stabilized beechwood is ultra-resistant and comfortably contoured to fit the hand. The blade is made from 12C27 stainless steel, which provides a good resistance to wear from the elements, great edge retention, and ease of sharpening. This box set comes with a synthetic leather sheath.
Safety
- This knife features the Virobloc Safety ring. The Virobloc safety ring was invented and implemented in 1955. This simple yet effective locking system greatly improved the original knife.The ability to help prevent the blade from opening when closed was added to the Virobloc in 2000.
