The K110 tool steel blade can come in either a cleaver-style configuration or a spear point design. The blade is deployed by using the jimped front flipper mechanism that has one of the nicest features on the Flavorist, a mosaic insert. The handles come in several colors of Micarta and have a subtle curved design that fits nicely in the palm of your hand. The back of the knife has a Micarta backspacer that matches the color of the handles and the hidden liners give the knife an integral look. Furnished with a deep carry pocket clip, the PFE05 Flavorist gives you the choice to pick the knife that is perfect for you.
