ESEE Knives

Since 1997 Randall's Adventure & Training has designed no-nonsense, affordable field knives specifically targeted to military, law enforcement, and the special operations community. Many of their knives now serve in combat zones around the globe. The knives have a "no questions asked" lifetime warranty. ESEE Knives is also setting the standard for many local, state and federal law enforcement officers when it comes to high performance, compact sheath knives with multiple carry options. The NTOA scored the 3-inch fixed blade a 4.77 out of a possible 5. In addition to knives, ESEE also offers survival, land navigation, tracking and other training courses along with free survival information.

The ESEE-4 is one of the most popular ESEE knives ever made. With its 0.1875" blade thickness, it's the perfect blend between toughness and cutting efficiency all in a small package. If you can only choose one, then the ESEE-4 is the do-all workhorse of the ESEE line. These knives are made from high carbon 1095 steel. And while 1095 is a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard use, it will rust and stain if not properly cared for - especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. We suggest using a dry film rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH. The ESEE-4 is still a favorite amongst law enforcement and military teams due to its light weight, thin profile and various sheath options.

ESEE-4s are shipped with a sheath instruction sheet (below) and Survival Business Card.

Tough as nails
Beat it so hard into a wood log I had to use a crowbar to get it out, after tightening down the scales again it works perfectly. 10/10

The best choice in 4" blade.
I have been long time looking for a good 4" full tag blade. There are a lot of excellent models, but, in IMHO the ESEE RAT 4 the perfect K.I.S.S knife/Sheath. Is not a "fancy" knife, is a tool to use it...

Cons: Handle Material
After a lot of research, I decided my first "hard use" knife would be an Esee4. I am very impressed with the overall quality and out of the box sharpness of my Esee. This was my first time ordering from KnifeCenter and I was very pleased with the service. I will recommend Esee and KnifeCenter in the future.
