Pros: Handle Material, Overall Quality, Blade Material, Finish, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard
Good Value
This knife is certainly designed to be an outdoors knife. Plenty tough for batoning and easily handles other hiking/survival tasks that do not require delicate carving. The steel is an ideal choice for its high level of durability/toughness. The only real downside is less than amazing corrosion resistance which can easily be prevented with occasional application of oil. The handle is very comfortable in a large hand and the micarta provides excellent traction. The sheath is very basic but entirely functional, a friction fit sheath would be better but this is a minor issue for most. I added snaps to the velcro straps as I personally do not like velcro. Overall an excellent value for a highly durable outdoors/survival knife.

Classic
This is one of my favorite TOPS knives, couldn’t be more happy with this if it had been custom made for me, (WARNING: TOPS knives will spoil you to other off the shelf (functioning) knives,) This is a survival knife, and has such with all survival knives (a one-tool-option) its a Jack-of-all-trades but a master of none, The only issue some may have with this knife (lookin at youz bushcrafters) is the primary grind/bevel is steep, leading to another steep secondary, this is to retain its tough edge against its many uses and abuses, but can make the cutting angle for finer work also steep, I understand this to be one of TOPS earliest models, that its still being sold to day shows something to its design and quality, This is one of my go to knives,
