The Akuma is a beautiful budget tactical flipper from Ivan Braginets, inspired by the fearsome character of the same name in Street Fighter. Austrian Bohler K110 (D2) is the steel of choice for the Akuma which is a steel that Real Steel is implementing a lot in their budget lineup. G10 handles with colored liners are a simple yet striking feature of this knife. Often only seen on fixed blades the liners give the knife a real tactical presence. Flathead screws are a mainstay of Ivan's designs, not only allowing for a utilitarian approach to maintenance and cleaning but also fitting perfectly with a futuristic clean look. The design of this knife harkens a lot back to the S Series Havran designed by him. Similar to the Rokot, the Akuma has three opening methods, a standard flipper tab, an opening hole, and a thumb stud. This gives the user the freedom of choice to how they open the knife and essentially how they want to wield it. To finish it off, this knife is furnished with a stylized deep carry pocket clip and also a discreet lanyard for ease of carry.
