The 6061 Aluminum version of the Zero utility knife features a satin anodized surface finish in various colors. This version comes machined with the Knurled pattern. The aluminum utility knife is light and quick, offering a unique action feel.

This version of the Zero utility knife includes a lanyard hole machined into the body. The utility knife does not come with a lanyard.

Utility Blades do have some variation in their specs, and most have been found to work with the carriage system. 

Known 2-Notch Blade compatibility - Workpro SK5's (61mm), Dewalt Carbide Edge, Rapid Edge Serrated Blades, Milwaukee, Titan, Berkling SK2h black, Jet sk5 Titanium coated, and some generic unbranded SK5's.

Blade incompatibility - Fiskars. Ceramic blades are not recommended.
