Smith & Wesson Knives

The MPOTF10FDE is an assisted opening OTF knife from Smith & Wesson. It has a safety and a tab on the side used to retract the blade in addition to the thumb slide. The mechanism takes a little getting used to, but it truly is an awesome and impressive knife. Built with tactical intent in mind, the MPOTF10FDE has a slender profile and a tactical flat dark earth finish. The AUS-8 stainless steel blade is 3.5" long and forged into a double edge dagger, very reminiscent of a Benchmade or Microtech OTF Automatic. The aluminum handles are contoured for a better grip and include a glass breaker pommel, a pocket clip, and a safety lock.

Great knife for the price
I have had this knife for about two months now. I can’t say enough how much I like this knife. I bought mine for a little bit higher price. In the two months of me owning this knife and me constantly playing with it showing the guys at work and using it the blade has never repeat never came off track. In fact I have tried to get the blade to jump track and I could not do it. I have the brownish tan one and I plan on getting the black one as well to complete the pair. I have to mention the safety love it red means ready to deploy. Simple yet effective. One thing I would like to mention is don’t wear it in a pocket they you keep your change in I’ve noticed that pennies like to hide where the blade comes out so when you go to open the knife nothing happens.Thomas

I bought it for a gift, not an insult
I thought S&W made quality but this is an embarrassment, poor design..lousy mechanism clunky...piece of garbage. apparently they can't built knife..china does them better
