Pros: Blade Sharpness, Overall Quality, Materials, Handle Material, Weight
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard
Nice knife and cool looking
Nicely made knife. Feels well balanced and good in the hand. It has a cool shape and is finished better than other Svord knives. Spine is a bit rough but not bad. The blade material is a bit thinner than I thought but it reduces the weight so that's good especially if your hiking. True to Svord they still haven't figured out how to make a sheath. The snap strap is loosely mounted 3 inches above the end of the sheath which allows the knife to fall out 3 inches when inverted. At least it's leather and not the horrible tire rubber they sometimes use. The sheath should be easily fixable by riveting another snap strap down by the bolster.Nice thing about Svord...they give ample opportunity for you to finish it the way you want it. Like polishing.

Razor sharp, well made, awesome leather sheath!!!
I've had and used this blade for over 18 months now. It's a work knife. I don't like calling it a "knife". The blade is 7" long, just under 12" OAL. I still get comments when it's on my belt. When I demonstrate how sharp it is, by cutting cardboard, the blade goes through it like a razor blade. Doesn't take much to keep the edge on it with the proper technique and stone. The heft of it is there, you can feel it. And it's nice. The black leather sheath is also a big PLUS.I didn't like the strap/keeper with the snap closure. It just kept getting in the way, drawing the blade and stowing it. So, I just trimmed it off. Works for me.
