TEKNA Knives

The TEKNA XTRA EDGE is an elegantly fashioned cutting tool, designed to be close at hand, and a superb choice as a MOLLE harness, watersports, pocket, neck, or keyring knife. The blade is unobtrusively stored in a twist-loc sheath. If you liked the XTRA EDGE for the past 30 years, you're going to love this improved version.

First, the blade is now made of 420HC stainless steel, providing increased toughness and better edge holding with this 21st-century steel, proven in millions of premium blades. They've also added a second blade style, a flat screwdriver tip, useful on most flat and Phillips screws, for added utility. Finally, the sheath and handle are now made with TEKNALON CFTRP, TEKNA's propriety fiber and titanium reinforced engineering polymer. These parts provide enhanced toughness and strength over the original.

Hang one on your PFD, MOLLE harness, or BC for watersports or tactical use to keep an extra edge handy. Blade length is 1.45", overall length is 3.20", and it includes a nickel-plated carabiner-type keyring.

TEKNA XTRA EDGE DROP POINT BLADE
Recently bought this knife. Very small but a little dynamo of a blade. Will wear on neck cord or on zipper pull. A nice backup blade to have in a compact size. Will be carried where full sized knives are not practical. I don't really travel but I'm pretty sure this will not go through TSA at airports or places where sharp items are not allowed (municipal, schools etc.) This is my first knife from TEKNA, and I like the quality of this product.
