When Everything Hits The Fan, Grab It

The Armageddon was designed as a cross between a machete and a large camp knife. The designer, Trace Rinaldi, has also described it as a North American version of the machete. The blade is thicker than most machetes, which are unsuitable for a lot of camp duties because of their thin blades. However, it also has the length of a short machete, making it usable for clearing brush.

Heavy duty survivalknife
I have to agree with bushmanbob. My only complaint is that the back end of the handle is a bit sharp and hurt your hand when chopping hard without gloves.

hard core survival knife
If you ask any survival expert what the single best survival tool is they will say a knife, machete, hatchet,or axe depending on where their are from. This knife has the reach of a small machete and chops as well as any hatchet and if you get a good high grip on it its nimble enough to peel carrots and potatoes. I have been a hard core outdoors man and knife collector my whole life and this is the best knife I have ever seen or used. If you aren't one of those sissies who are afraid to carry a real mans knife then this ones for you
