At the core of the Lil Chete is an 8.38-inch blade made from .25-inch thick 1095 carbon steel, heat-treated to RC 56-58 for durability and easy maintenance in the field. Its high grind and wide blade geometry bite deep and split cleanly, while the balanced weight keeps swings controlled and fatigue to a minimum during long sessions of fire prep. The long, contoured Micarta handle allows multiple grip positions for comfort and leverage, and the included black Kydex sheath with a leather dangler keeps the knife secure yet ready at your side.
