The StarHawk flipper is a handy offering from We Knife that packs a big punch for a mid-size folder. The broad modified sheepsfoot blade is made from CPM-20CV and holds an edge with the best of them. The large groove down the length of the blade both adds to the looks of the knife and allows the knife to be opened with a flick of the nail. The titanium handles fit the natural curves of the hand and the pronounced finger groove allows for a high level of control while using the knife. The knife is secured via a sturdy frame lock and comes with a titanium pocket clip that can be set up for carrying on either side.

20V Stainless Steel

Frame Lock
Developed by Chris Reeve, it functions like a liner lock but the lock is comprised of one of the handle scales. It's an extremely strong and easy to manipulate lock.

rough drag when closing
really like the style of the knife but there is nothing smooth when closing the knife. It actually feels grittytalked to KnifeCenter and they were happy to replace it butI like the knife.Decided to email WE and their response was to loosen the pivot screw but I couldn't find the sweet spot of tension/too loose.haven't decided yet if I'm going to return it. Hoped WE would have been more helpful.
