Could be a good set if manufacturing paid attention

Grind on both knives was not as even as it should be. However, the grind on the Muskrat was defective. The manufacturer states -"This unusually shaped knife is unbelievably effective for skinning and fleshing. The razor sharp edge extends completely around the rounded edge and along the top side for one inch."The concept is there, but not the execution. Unfortunately on mine, they rushed the grind missed, never actually forming an edge on the top 2/3 of that area of the blade. Visual inspection shows the problem of a blunt spot but neither the person doing the grinding, or QC if done, seems to have noticed.Could be a great combo for skinning and caping game, if they can improve their QC. Now I get to see how good KOA's warranty service is.
