The reverse tanto Spey Point blade featured a straight spine and centered tip, which made it ideal for precise punctures. The reinforced tip with excellent geometry enhanced its piercing capability, while the generous belly excelled at slicing, reminiscent of an improved Benchmade 940. Building on this award-winning platform, a Clip Point variant was introduced to offer an even more traditional, aggressive slicing profile.
The handle also seems to take cues from the 940 but improves upon it with a more pronounced finger guard for added safety and a better overall flow in the coffin-shaped design. Its completely straight-back design allows for better leverage, making it ideal for hard-use cutting tasks. Contoured for comfort, it includes a reversible deep-carry pocket clip, making it 100% ambidextrous and adaptable for any user.
