Columbia River CRKT 5360 Eric Ochs Largo Assisted Folding Knife 2.542" Satin Plain Blade, Stainless Steel Handles, Bottle Opener
CR5360: 5360 Largo, Designed by Eric Ochs
Eric Ochs is one of the premier custom knifemakers in the industry today. He researches his blade and handle materials thoroughly to ensure they can withstand the abuse he designs his knives to take. Almost all of Eric's designs are created for useful simplicity and balance while providing superior grip and control. Oregonian through and through.
Designer Eric Ochs grew up in the Pacific Northwest—in the woods, the rivers, and the valleys that occupied his backyard. Inspired by a slower tempo of living, he designed the Largo everyday carry folding knife replete with a bottle opener. Because if there's one thing that the 'upper left' does almost as well as its outdoor adventure, it's the microbrews.
There's a pride in calling the PNW home, and Eric Ochs takes that seriously. That's why, from his shop in Sherwood, Oregon, he's built an everyday carry named after a slower tempo—one that captures the attitude of this hardworking yet laid back style of living.
The Largo's solid, compact drop point blade with a satin finish is easily set into motion with an attractive black ambidextrous thumb stud. When met with the OutBurst assisted opening mechanism, it elevates the showmanship to the next level. Once you push it open to 30 degrees, the spring will automatically engage and propel the knife fully open. The powerful mechanism also holds the blade securely closed when not in use.
An ode to a microbrew never looked better than it does on the Largo.
