To deploy the blade, grasp the two tabs on the inlay and swing it open, then the blade will gracefully glide through the front opening - then simply fold the inlay back into the handle. To retract the blade, perform the same steps but in reverse - two small magnets will help keep the inlay seated securely in the handle until you're ready to use your new favorite pocket knife.

Just for fun!
This thing is a blast (from the past). Obviously it’s designed to be a new version of the old promotional knives from car dealerships and auto parts stores. It’s definitely not made for survival but a fun guy to have in your pocket and definitely something completely unique from everything else out there. It’s super lightweight and that may bother people because they might think it feels cheap, but it is what it is, and for the price you’ll enjoy it.

This knife is a lot of fun. It is not a Chris Reeve, but neither is the price. It is a very unique mechanism, that was born from the past, but is definitely living in our future. It is just plain fun and a great conversation piece. I love mine.
