The Outcast is the ultimate in small, lightweight fixed blade carry; a slim, streamlined blade that won't drag you down when weight is at a premium but still offers plenty of point for poking and plenty of edge for slicing. The Outcast is available in 0.130" 80CRV2, one of Dawson's Heritage steels. These steels are tried-and-true high carbon alloys, paired with our own specialized heat treat for exceptional strength, flexibility, edge hardness, and impact resistance.
The American-made G10 handle says, "Aw, that's cute" to rain, snow, mud, and just about anything else. Dawson designed our handles for secure, comfortable, hot-spot-free use in all seasons and textured them for improved grip when the going gets wet.
The Outcast also has a redesigned GEN 2 Carbon Fiber Kydex sheath, offering an improved, rattle-free fit with multiple carry options - horizontal, vertical, MOLLE, and beltless. It's designed for compatibility with the UltiClip 3.3 Slim (sold separately), ensuring secure, inside-the-pocket carry on the job site or around the ranch.
The GEN 2 sheath also supports precision-milled, interchangeable handle scales, enhancing the Outcast's versatility.
