OK, this is the 2nd model of said knife I have owned. The first was the model in 440 steel (black blade and G10). The detent of this knife was a bit severe when it arrived; it is loosening up now and I think that trend will continue. Its green micarta scales are very nice. The overall fit and finish is impressive for its cost. The blade, including finish, is impressive as well. I suppose many would classify it as a budget knife; if correct, then every budget knife should be this well done. I doubt, however, they are. It shows quality control all-around. I like it better than the 440 black blade G10 model I use to own; I gave it away as a gift. My considered opinion is obtain this knife while it remains available. I would venture to say it is an under the radar find.

Superb Action
I've walked on purchasing this knife a couple times, but I finally decided to pull the trigger. My only regret, I wish I would have done so earlier. The action on this knife is absolutely superb! The overall fit and finish on this knife are also absolutely superb! I do feel that the micarta scales could be a little better, as I don't feel they are quite up to par with a couple other micarta handled knives that I own. Aside from that however that's really the only hang up that I have with this knife. It really is outstanding.
