MKM Maniago Knife Makers
The Flame Light is a production collaboration between Maniago Knife Makers, or MKM, and custom knifemaker Michael Zieba. It's based off Zieba's popular MS3 Manhattan Special executive folding knife.
This slim, elegant design features a premium Bohler M390 single-edged dagger blade, which is known for its edge retention and corrosion resistance, a reversible tip-up deep carry pocket clip, and sturdy canvas Micarta scales. The 2.83" stonewashed blade is deployed via the flipper tab and has ball bearings for a smooth, satisfying opening action. Comes complete with a nylon pouch.

Micarta is a compressed layered composite sealed within a thermosetting plastic which creates a strong, attractive material that is impervious to water.

A go-to option for premium knives. Made by Bohler-Uddeholm, this 3rd generation powder-metal alloy offers high edge retention and excellent stainless properties.

Durable, flexible, abrasion and mildew resistant, Nylon also is very strong
Showed up quick and fit and finish are flawless. It is compact and easy carry with smooth action and full lockup. Was not very sharp on arrival, but put a mirror edge on it right away with EdgePro diamond grits. The blade geometry is for piercing not slicing. Love the fuller too.
This is an awesome little knife but this dagger shape in this steel is really difficult to sharpen. I own over 100 knives but sharpening this one kicks my butt. Your results may vary. That said everything about this knife says quality. It's tiny but the fit, finish & hand feel are great. It just disappears in my pocket & always makes me smile when I use it.
