RCBRKR1DTB: Desert Tan Zancudo Frame Lock Folder, Black

Zancudo is Spanish for Mosquito but besides its compacts size, we cannot think of another similarity between this knife and the buzzing pest. The Zancudo was designed by the survival experts over at ESEE Knives, Mike Perrin and Jeff Randal, and was produced by Blue Ridge Knives. It's an amazingly slim, well-built folder that you won't have a problem carrying and using every day. The frame lock mechanism and FRN handle, with the solid, full-length steel liners, provide serious strength to this small folder. The pocket clip is reversible but only set up for right-hand carry and the knife weighs in at exactly three ounces. It's a folder we're very excited about here at the KnifeCenter because it gets almost everything right in a folding knife at a price point you're sure to be pleased with.

Developed by Chris Reeve, it functions like a liner lock but the lock is comprised of one of the handle scales. It's an extremely strong and easy to manipulate lock.

Cons: Handle Material
good quality, but...
Light, compact, good quality. Great EDC blade overall, fast opening, good quality. But handle material seems cheap and coating started to wear within a few days of carry. comfortable in hand and pocket.
