Description
RCBRKR2: Zancudo D2 Frame Lock Folder
BRK Designed by ESEE

Zancudo is Spanish for Mosquito but besides its compacts size, we cannot think of another similarity between this knife and the buzzing pest. The Zancudo was designed by the survival experts over at ESEE Knives, Mike Perrin and Jeff Randall, and was produced by Blue Ridge Knives. It's an amazingly slim, well-built folder that you won't have a problem carrying and using every day. The frame lock mechanism and FRN handle, with the solid, full-length steel liners, provide serious strength to this small folder. The pocket clip is reversible but only set up for right-hand carry and the knife weighs in at exactly three ounces. It's a folder we're very excited about here at the KnifeCenter because it gets almost everything right in a folding knife, with excellent D2 tool steel, at a price point you're sure to be pleased with.

Good inexpensive edc
Nice everyday carry, not worried about using it, or losing it. Came with a couple chips on the blade, but sharpened it out. Don't really care for the plastic handle, and wish both sides were covered. Could use more jimping. Great blade for the price.

Slim profile wins the day for EDC
I Had this knife in AUS 8 and loved the slim profile in pocket. I used to EDC a mini Recon 1 but it was always getting caught on things: rugged but bulky. Not this baby. And in D2 steel? Yes please! This knife came razor sharp out of the box. This much pocket folder at the pricepoint is an answer to prayers. 2-1/2" is perfect in my opinion for a pocket EDC for opening parcels and general use. The biggest challenge is figuring out how to accurately sharpen the hard D2 steel. Time to research a good sharpening system.
