The 6061 Aluminum version of the Zero utility knife features a satin anodized surface finish in various colors. This version comes machined with the Grenade pattern. The aluminum utility knife is light and quick, offering a unique action feel.

This knife was sent off to Cadlab CNC for a custom anodized job. Of course, they absolutely killed it! These guys are machinists and artists with immense skill. Be sure to check out their work.

This is a custom anodized Zero in 6061. The color is Green. This is a premium color and finish that normal production anodizers do not offer. The form and function of this knife are improved with multiple post-machining processes that create a premium Zero experience.

Made in America. Machined and assembled in East Tennessee.

Utility Blades do have some variation in their specs, and most have been found to work with the carriage system. 

Known 2-Notch Blade compatibility - Workpro SK5's (61mm), Dewalt Carbide Edge, Rapid Edge Serrated Blades, Milwaukee, Titan, Berkling SK2h black, Jet sk5 Titanium coated, and some generic unbranded SK5's.

Blade incompatibility - Fiskars. Ceramic blades are not recommended.
