Cons: Sheath/Scabbard
A great heavyweight all-rounder
The knife itself: Fantastic all round in weight and design. Its razor sharp out of the box and will seerve a wide variety of uses. I'm personally just collecting it, but I can see it can be used to dig/pry/cut/shave/hammer/saw/crush... it will basically do anything you ask of it. Its heavy which adds to the feel of reliability. The eboxy protective coating looks and feels thick and I imagine it will wear very well. It is full tang and wow is it thick. The handle is very ergonomic and feels secure both gloved and not. The two hols in the pommel I imagine are for various lanyard options. i.e. One hole for your hand and the other to tie on essentials like a firestarter/survival whistle etc. What ever your imaginaation can come up with. The scabbard: It could be better. The knife does not feel secure in it. There is a lot of play and noise as the blade contacts the inner plastic support. It just wobbles in there. The handle is only secured with one velcro strap and below that a short piece of paracord to tie. I prevouusly saw a version with two velcro fastners but not with mine. It much prefer if there was some tension on the blade with the sheath to bode some confidence that it would not fall out inverted. It does have a Molle strap on the reverse or it can be worn conventionally from your belt. The bottom of the sheath has a good length of paracord to tie to you leg or simply as a survival aid. The sheath has an external pocket and comes with a survival whistle. It recommend using the pocket for a multitool. It would compliament the overall package as a real one stop survival knife.Overall: A Fantastic edged weapon/tool. I'd feel very confident that it would perfom very well in the field for survival or camping. Especially with a leatherman multitool in the pouch.

This ain't no wall hanger
Recently received mine, and am very happily impressed. This is no Rambo knockoff. This is a serious knife meant for serious use.I have used it for chopping wood, both live and dead, and it is heavy enough to be a very good chopper. The sawteeth are problematic.Yes, they saw, but it is a very rough sawing.I may take a file and sharpen them up a bit myself. The sheath i am not very impressed with. The insert is very loose, and the material seems...well...I just expected something more substantial. but this does not reflect on the knife.I can find a better sheath.I think i would be hard pressed to find a better heavy duty field chopper.I am looking forward to spending more timein the woods with her, where, I believe, she makes for a fine companion.

All show? No Go!?
The Punisher is a neat collector item. It is fairly well made with good material. However it is a poor design for bushcraft/field knife. Top serrations are non functional-maybe as a tinder scraper-and thats a stretch. The edge is too abrupt-not enough taper to be a good chopper. There is a weird bump on right side of blade at top ending the psuedo serrations-looks cool-but causes blade to drag thru what you are chopping. It is certainly not a fighter..."Although any tool is a weapon if you hold it right".
